Aug. 8–Bill Davis employs two workers at his small business in Lynchburg.
He and his wife, Virginia, take care of all the customers that drift in to Westover Jewelers.
Davis also takes care of his family’s insurance through a Trigon/Anthem small business plan.
And since 1999, the premiums for that insurance have tripled from $8,000 a year to nearly $24,000 a year to cover his family of four.
